“you/yours” refers to you, the person offering to purchase goods from us.

Placing an Order
You must be over 18 years old to buy goods from this site. If you are under 18, you can only use this site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. To amend an order or delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make amendments prior to despatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Built Tough for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been despatched to you. A separate email will be sent to you confirming the despatch of the item(s) and it is at that point that a legally binding contract is created between you and us.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will notify you as soon as is practical and refund your card within seven days of so doing. This does not affect your statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value unless otherwise stated.
Prices & Payment
The prices displayed include Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate but exclude delivery. A delivery charge is added to your basket upon checkout where relevant. We try to ensure that this cost is reasonable.
You can pay by all major debit and credit cards. Please again be aware that payment is taken at the point of order.
Delivery
We deliver to your home address and offer service to almost all of the United Kingdom. Should we have any problem delivering to the address you gave in your offer to buy, we will contact you before any goods are despatched.
Cancellation
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or even change your mind then you should notify us in writing of your wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. You will receive a refund.
Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We may use cookies to assemble your order, but they contain no personal information. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and all associated terms in documents referred to by them are governed by English Law. Likewise, any Contract entered into with Built Tough through the Website will be governed by English Law.
